Property owners will be required to file a Bedbug Annual Report between December 1 and December 31. Once December 31 passes, HPD may issue a violation for failure to file. Local Law 69 of 2017 Bedbug Reporting Requirements Owners must provide each tenant, upon commencement of a new lease and with each renewal lease: a copy of the most recent electronic form submitted to HPDONLINE, and a DOHMH Notice “Stop Bed Bugs Safety” (or notices may be posted in the building).
