County Rent Guidelines

The following rent guidelines have been issued by the various County jurisdictions for lease renewals commencing between Oct. 1, 2008 and Sept. 30, 2009.

Westchester County:

4.5% one-year*
6.5% two-year *
or *$45 minimum increase,
which ever is greater.

Rockland County:

2.5% one-year
4.25% two-year.
Nassau County:
Meeting adjourned until August 14th.
Town of Hempstead:
Not Available.
